Wheat semolina TYPE 400
All-purpose wheat semolina or semolina flour is a product obtained from the central endosperm part with ash content of 0,45% relative to the dry matter. Through further technological process this product is sorted and cleaned on semolina sweepers and thus has exceptional particle purity and distinctive granulation inherent to the product. Product color is white and yellowish, depending on the content of colored pigments of the endosperm, which is a defining characteristic of this product. It is intended for production of various types of pastas. Available in packages of 50 kg, as well as other package sizes depending on market demand.
