Wheat germ
Mill product extracted as the first transition during M3 stage. Wheat germ is distinguished by high concentration of proteins, fats and B-complex vitamins, and especially tocopherol. This product is recommended as an addition in making bread, pastries, as complete food or as a substitute for walnuts or hazelnuts in various cakes. Finished product available in packages of 250 gr, as well as bigger package sizes depending on market demand.
