Same as the TYPE 550 flour, this white flour can also be used to prepare all kinds of bakery goods, the sole difference being lower protein, gluten and energy levels.
Our wheat flour TYPE 500 contains:
• min. 25% gluten
• min 12% protein
• B1 Quality group
• Ash 0.46 - 0.55
• Energy minimum 80.
White smooth flout Mlin – Majić TYPE 500 is currently available only in packages of 25 kg.
