Wheat flour TYPE 400
White sharp flour obtained by separating finest endosperm parts (core) of wheat grain. Thus, white flour produces light and foamy dough, which is good for molding and has excellent properties for baking. All-purpose flour for leavened doughs is used to bake special and finest types of milk bread and pastries – such as nut rolls, poppy rolls, donuts, honeycombs or buchteln. The flour mixes exquisitely with fresh or dry active yeast, which increases the volume and lightness of the dough. Available in packages of 1, 5 and 25 kg.
